Wrong Trousers Day will take place on 26 June 2015 and this is your chance to don your craziest trousers all for a great cause.
Now in its 12th year, the day is inspired by Nick Park’s Wallace and Gromit film, ‘The Wrong Trousers' Wallace and Gromit's Children's Foundation aims to raise money for sick children in hospitals and hospices throughout the UK.
So if like Wallace and Gromit you have a thing for crazy contraptions and wacky trousers, this is a chance to express yourself and donate to a great cause!
Anyone can take part, whether it’s at school or in the workplace! All you need to do is register your event and each person taking part donates £1 to wear their favourite ‘wrong’ trousers instead of their usual work clobber!
Once your event has been registered you will receive a free fundraising pack and then it's up to you to get everyone you know involved in Wrong Trousers Day - and hopefully you will all raise lots of money - just for wearing the wrong trousers, it really couldn't be easier!
All the money raised will go towards building new children’s hospitals and hospices and funding for specialist equipment. Visit the website and find out what a difference your fundraising efforts can make, from providing music therapy, sensory therapy and all important family accommodation facilities.
So far the day has given out over £1.78 million in grants, so its time to make 2015 bigger than ever before!Home › June › Wrong Trousers Day
