Wow!! National Doughnut Week - A whole week celebrating and encouraging us to eat doughnuts - heaven!

However, there is a serious reason for this indulgence - if you buy doughnuts between 11-18 May 2013 from participating bakeries then you will be helping to raise money for a very good cause - The Children's Trust.

Now in its 22nd year, National Doughnut Week has raised over £755,000 for children's charities.  It is hoped that at least £30,000 will be raised to make this the best year ever.

The Children’s Trust is a national charity working with children who have multiple disabilities and complex health needs.  The Children's Trust is based in Tadworth, Surrey, but their services are offered to children from across the UK.  For more information about the charity, events and ways to raise money go to The Children's Trust website.
